LCRA has posted a 9-page letter dated June 20 that they sent to Collier Materials engineer regarding his proposed plans for the Kingsland I dredge zone. Among the many stringent additional requirements they have laid down now is one that the dredge lines must be submerged to the river bed. They have also asked for proof that the land lease is valid as well as evidence he has obtained the other required permits.The link below will take you to the file.
