The proposed site of the sand processing plant is directly next to the Comanche Rancherias neighborhood, which has 75+ homes. The dredging operation will be in a 1 mile stretch of the Llano arm of LBJ. The waterfront owners new view will be large dredging barges running some type of diesel engines 10 hours per day. The noise, dust, and decreased water quality will certainly hit both areas of property owners.
